Program :

FRIDAY 15
- 8pm: conference-debate: The Prehistory of the peasants, with its local aspects and its extensions to the modern era with Samuel van Willigen from the Mediterranean Laboratory of Prehistory, CNRS of the Ministry of Culture,

At the end of the evening, we will share a glass of friendship

Admission fee: 4 euros for adults - free for children

SATURDAY 16
- 11:00 am: Release of a day raptor (hawk, hawk, hawk, etc.) subject to having one at the BUOUX care center and weather conditions, in a condition to be released.

10:30 am: Observation and identification of trees in the city, by Michel Valério, in charge of green spaces at INRA,
11h00 - 13h30 - Presentation of the friends of the Conf, for the maintenance of a peasant agriculture, by Nicolas Verzotti, organic agroforest farmer, around a country buffet (title to be validated)

- 10h30: Botanical outing with Albin, botanist -RV in front of the festival hall
- From 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm: Bush escapades: nature activities for young people.
- 14h00 : conference-debate: The origins of wheat and its benefits, by Jean-Marie Gauthier, producer and processor of small spelt, by Frédéric Grange, baker-sommelier and by Philippe Heyman, doctor.
